I have ALWAYS wanted to dance on somebody’s rooftop overlooking the ocean or a city skyline and NOW, I get the opportunity to do just that. I am calling this Cardio Dance Party, RISE & WHINE meaning get up early and move your body. We are going to clear out this area on the bottom deck and dance the morning away. I’ll be bringing the tunes to make your body move so come get your early morning workout on with me. I’ll have you out in plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
