THIS Sunday (January 25th from 10:00AM to 11:00AM), I will be (2) 30 minute classes (Zumba and U-Jam Fitness) in front of the store at Whole Foods Market in Sherman Oaks, CA for their health fair (12905 Riverside Drive, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423). EVERYONE is invited to this and it’s a FREE class. Come join me on Sunday as we dance, have fun and promote overall health and awareness for the day. Come early and JOIN THE PARTY!
